Job Role - Marketing Communications Specialist - Marcom Specialist Experience Level - 5 to 7 Years Locations - Cairo, Egypt Work Mode - Hybrid (8 days work from home in a month) Detailed Job Description: Key Responsibilities Oversee the launch and maintenance of a revamped corporate website focusing on modern UX and responsive design.Drive SEO and content marketing initiatives to increase website traffic by 50% and improve conversion ratesDevelop data-driven storytelling campaigns to double social media engagement.Oversee the creation of case studies, whitepapers, and success stories highlighting Centre of Excellence expertise.Tailor marketing content specifically for the KSA, Egypt, and India marketsLaunch internal campaigns aligned with company's vision and initiative Focus on website traffic growth Required Qualifications & Skills Experience: 5 to 7 years in Marketing & Communications, preferably within the IT sectors .Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with AI-driven analytics, SEO tools, and omnichannel communication platforms.Analytical Mindset: Proven ability to use data-driven insights to optimize spend and measure campaign ROI.Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of the business landscape in the Middle East Arabic and English communications is mandatory
