We are working with our client, a training institute, to provide them with well-qualified Biology teachers. Teachers should create effective and stimulating learner-centered opportunities through high quality instruction that enables the development and progression of all learners. You should have an enthusiasm for the subject matter that inspires others to have a lifelong love of learning and the motivation, skills and attitudes to be productive citizens contributing positively to the development of the country. Tasks and Responsibilities Strong knowledge in General Biology content and able to demonstrate the skills, knowledge and competency using equipment and related to safety in the Biology labAbility to prepare well-structured, engaging and balanced lessons that lead to learning outcomes, focusing on critical thinking, and inquiry-based labs in teaching, using real life examples and analyzing data related to achievement.Take part in open days and Science Fairs as the school calendar dictates, support Biology related activities outside the normal school work to contribute towards the achievement of the Department. Provide technical assistance and participation in field trips.Actively participate in departmental meetings, staff development programs and performance review, pursuing further training and professional development. Actively participate in and support whole-school training events.Maintain discipline in accordance with the rules and disciplinary system of the institute, upholding the code of conduct and all school policies.Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and the community to support the learning environment, keeping the needs of learners at the center of all professional planning and decision-making.Use a range of strategies to promote positive relationships, cooperation, and purposeful learning in the classroom.
