About the role
Holos is an initiative designed to support a child's Well-Being.
A child's Well-Being is at the center and the foundation of their educational journey.
The curriculum, methodology and pedagogy implemented at Holos is one centered around the Essence of the child. When we start here we see the fullness of the child and begin with a whole model of education.
We are hosting sessions for children from age 3 to 8 on a part-time schedule from Monday-Thursday. These offers are open to anyone with more focus on families who are homeschooling and preferably unschooling (moved away from traditional models of education).
Parents are the pillars to this initiative as they are the main guardians of their child's Well-Being. Holos, Parents and Teachers work together to ensure the safety and security of the child from a physical, mental/emotional, and energetic standpoint.
Our approach is one that brings awareness to the Body, Soul, and Spirit of the child and for the self.
Holos is alternative and holistic in nature and invests in prospective teachers and assistants by offering them Professional and Self Development as part of their compensation. This includes private sessions, group meditation and discussion practices, and holistic education pedagogy based on the energetic framework we have in place at Holos.
Participating in our own Self work and Self development directly impacts the child in ways that are just beginning to surface in the world of education.

Details:
-A Lead Holos Guide will mentor the teacher in a small group ratio (6:1 or less)
-The teacher must be willing to embrace a New way to approach children and education (deschooling and unschooling themselves from traditional models of education)
-The teacher must be willing to embrace Self-development as part of their role
